Each individual is different so each session is tailored towards the needs of the client. So the price can vary depending, but my prices are very reasonable taking into account the value provided.

All in all each session takes about approx 1.5 hours, with the main parts being as follows:
1. Completion of Intake Questionnaire - This helps me to tailor the session to the unique needs of each indivdiual client. The more I know about the presenting issue and the client, the more the effective the success.
2. Pre Talk - This is where I explain how Hypnosis works and will address any fears the clients has regarding the Hypnosis process.
3. Empowerment Techniques - This is where the client learns 'Self Hypnosis' and other techniques which allow them to be relaxed, calm, confident and in control anytime they want.
4. Hypnosis - Can take anything from 30-45 minutes.
5. Conclusion of Session - Final questions, present client with handout, CD, etc.
Hypnosis is not a passive process but is a tool to create positive changes in your life. The most important factor for your success is your desire to be successful. All you need to do is to allow yourself to let go, relax, and just enjoy the experience.
