Fears and Phobias

Overcome Your Fears and Feel More in Control

Fears and phobias can affect many aspects of everyday life, sometimes limiting the activities and experiences we feel comfortable undertaking. Whether you experience a fear of flying, spiders, dogs, heights or other situations, hypnotherapy may help you develop a calmer and more confident response.

Understanding Fears and Phobias

Fears can develop for different reasons. Sometimes they are linked to a particular experience, while in other cases their origins are less clear. Whatever the cause, these responses can become established patterns that continue to affect us over time.

How Can Hypnotherapy Help?
Through hypnotherapy, positive visualisation and techniques designed to change unhelpful patterns of response, we can work towards reducing the emotional intensity associated with a fear and developing a greater sense of calm and control.

I also use the Fast Phobia Cure, an NLP-based technique designed to help change the way a person mentally processes a feared situation or experience. This approach can be helpful for certain phobias, although individual experiences and results vary.

My approach is supportive and tailored to your individual needs, helping you work towards feeling more comfortable and confident in situations that previously caused anxiety or fear.
