Stop Smoking

Smoking is predominantly a habit. A habit is when you automatically do something, a subconscious behaviour. Hypnosis can help to easily establish a non smoking behaviour. I work on the principle that all change is instant. Therefore a stop smoking session can be done with better than a 95% success rate in one session.

Studies have shown that hypnosis is the most effective method of stopping smoking for good, including nicotine patches (10%) and will power (5%). Tests have shown a 80-90% success rate. (Mathews, R (1992) New Scientist, Vol. 136, No. 1845, p.6.)
